We own the land at 112 East State Street. We selected the North Carolina Glass Center as the tenant and renovated the existing building around the needs of their new location.
The work brought together the property, the tenant relationship and a building prepared for a specialized use. North Carolina Glass Center operates the glass studio and gallery as our tenant.

to a home for glass.
The property was formerly the Rug and Jug Gift Shop. Renovating it for the Glass Center gave the building a new role on East State Street while retaining a connection to the town’s existing fabric.
