Mojo Mountain brings together Jake’s work across buying and selling, property improvements, rental operations and the systems behind them. Short-term stays, long-term rentals, commercial property and residential marketing each contribute a different perspective.
Manor is Jake and Samantha’s family vacation home, shared with guests. Smart Storage serves people who need usable space and a straightforward way to rent it. Each project has its own purpose and dedicated experience.
Technology is part of that work. MojoBooks and the digital experiences for Manor and Smart Storage reflect an ongoing effort to use custom software and AI in practical ways.
